As Boyd’s wife, Susie has been actively involved in the success of Realty West since its beginning in 1974. Susie joined the real estate team full time in 1990 making friends and helping them share in the joy of home ownership.
Having taught for 25 years, Susie makes the process of finding, qualifying for, and buying a home easy. "You don’t buy a home very often! No wonder the terminology and processes isn’t very familiar!" she says. Her knowledge of houses and value has allowed her clients to buy great homes at the lowest price possible.
Susie loves waterfront property too. Being raised in Wyoming and Colorado has given her a passion for Washington’s trees and water. Her extensive research of waterfront homes has paid off in getting some magnificent prices on prime property.
